The location was marvellous, just next door to tourist attractions and all the museums with minimum time spent in lines and close to a cathedral and historic sites. The room was well-maintained and brand-new and offered a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet, so that guests had essentials.

Consider me officially shocked
From the really good breakfast spread to the elegant onsite restaurant, I was blown away! The cozy rooms boasted modern amenities and refreshing air conditioning. A little plunge pool provided a perfect retreat. Plus, the staff's genuine hospitality. The location offered easy access to all major sights, what more could you ask for?

The hotel was a modern hotel with a good size family room. Cleanliness was good but with some dust/dirt etc in the hidden corners. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is approx 15min walk to the centre. Overall excellent value for money

I liked the agent during my check in. She was very kind and also called a restaurant to make a reservation for me for dinner.
I did not like the agent during my checkout. Frankly, she was quite rude. Also, the wireless internet, while free, did not work in my room on the top floor.

Location was good and continental breakfast was excellent (one of the best I had in Italy). The hotel restaurant also had good food and friendly staff (although I was upset they did not inform me that the restaurant does not open on Sundays). Good internet access in the room was also a plus.
The bed was extremely unconfortable (mattress with "holes"!) and I could not get a good night of sleep during the 5 nights I was there. Room size was also on the small side.

Loved the rainfall shower and the outdoor area! Our room included USB plugs-so convenient! Facilities like the gym and spa were a nice bonus. The mini-fridge kept our drinks ready for post-exploration refreshment.
